One of the building's main inspiration was Mayora's logo. The building's terraces provide a rhythmic transition from the ground to the top floor. This rhythm is hoped to be continued with the construction of towers in the future. The form of terraces/terraces also creates a large enough garden area on each floor so that most work areas have a view and access to the outside space. Double-glazed glass across the façade maximizes natural light while minimizing that traveling into the interior space.
The modern expression of this building is carried into the interior area by using a warmer color scheme. The layout of the building is carefully planned to create an effective work area. Artworks placed throughout the building's main sites strengthen the sense of place, including two large artworks at the entrance and a water feature at the building's back.
